Gup Shup Corner 

Gup Shup Corner is a 24-hour open mobile talk zone, a place where you can discuss your favourite issues with like-minded people in a talk zone or send and receive voice messages while maintaining complete confidentiality.

Like communicating with other people on the Internet, it is a great way to meet people, make new friends and have fun.

You can talk about your favourite subjects like current affairs, entertainment etc.

(Please press 1)

You can choose whom you want to talk to; male, female or everyone by pressing 1,2 or 3 respectively.

Now record your personal greeting. Introduce yourself in 5 seconds and press 1 when you are done.

You can customize your greeting by adding background music of your choice. The voice based interactive system will guide you on how to do it.

Once you have confirmed your greeting (with or without music), you will successfully enter the talk zone and your recorded greeting will be passed on to the people already logged on the talk zone.

You will now start receiving greetings from other people who are already on the talk line

You will hear: "Hey someone wants to speak to you, it is.....". Press 1 if you want to answer or press 3 if you want to skip and go to the next greeting.

When you answer a greeting, you can listen to your answer again and send it (if it is ok ) by pressing 1

Similarly, anyone interested in talking to you will be able to send you a message in reply to your greeting.

Every time someone sends you a message, you will first hear the greeting and then the last message sent to you.

Mail Box 
(Please press 2 after language selection)

You can create a mailbox in order to store messages when you are not online. Similarly, you can also deposit messages in others' mailboxes when they are not online. This is a convenient way to remain in touch 24 hours without disclosing your mobile number.

The system will ask you to first enter your 6-digit mailbox number and then a 4-digit PIN. However if you do not have a mailbox, the voice based interactive system will guide you in order to create your mailbox by giving you a mailbox number and a PIN. Please keep a paper and pen handy in order to note and save the numbers for future use.

Your mailbox number can now be given to other people for them to be able to deposit messages.

To send a message to a particular person, press 2 and then the mailbox number. Record your message and it will be on its way.

Remember you are guided throughout and if you make a mistake you can always try again.

Similarly, in order to check your messages you will have to log on to the mailbox zone and the system will update you on your message status.

Remember you have to check your mailbox at least once in every seven (7) days to keep it operational

If you fail to do so, the system will consider it in operational and will delete it automatically.

You can also switch between zones. Just press 0 to go to the main menu.

Complete confidentiality is maintained at Gup Shup Corner and your identity is not disclosed through CLI or any other means to the users at any time.

All Calls made to 141 are charged @ Rs. 2 per minute only.
