 Jazz Social Calendar Social events have become part of our lives now-a-days. Such events, mostly arranged on commercial basis, are often supported by companies to promote their products since these are attended by people belonging to various walks of life. People put in lots of effort in knowing about social events they wish to attend. Seeing this trend in our country, Mobilink now presents Jazz Social Calendar. This service allows subscribers of the service to not worry about forgetting social events anymore since all such information will be delivered to subscribers' handsets. Customers can subscribe to any of the following category of events or the entire suite: - Business/Conference
- Theater/Plays
- Sports
- Sales/Exhibitions
- Concerts/Parties
- All
Subscription Process:
Upon sending ‘Sub’ to 9002, subscriber will receive an SMS asking to choose desired event category. After category selection, subscriber will receive another SMS for city selection. When subscriber chooses city, system will verify if he is prepaid or postpaid user.
Prepaid User:
Provided that subscriber has selected entire suite, system will send a message from 5468 confirming Jazz Social Calendar subscription & fee deduction (in case subscriber has enough balance).
If subscriber has chosen an event category, system will notify him regarding service subscription & fee deduction confirmation by sending SMS from 5631 (in case subscriber has sufficient balance).
In case of insufficient balance, user will be informed to recharge his/her account and try to subscribe again.
Postpaid User:
Given that subscriber has selected entire suite, system will send a message from 5468 asking him to send Y to confirm subscription. After replying with Y, subscriber will receive Jazz Social Calendar subscription & fee deduction confirmation from 5468.
If subscriber has chosen an event category, system will send a message from 5631 asking him to send Y to confirm subscription. After replying with Y, subscriber will receive Jazz Social Calendar subscription & fee deduction confirmation from 5631. Category Addition: Subscriber, who is already subscribed to an event category, can add as many categories as he desires by sending ‘Add’ to 9002. Un-Subscription: Send ‘Unsub’ to 9002 to unsubscribe. Service Charges: - Subscription Fee
For one event category: Rs.10+Tax/month
For entire suite: Rs.20+Tax/month
- SMS Charges: Rs.1+Tax/SMS
