Jazz SMS Khazana 4 After the grand success of SMS Khazana Part I, Part II & Jazz EID SMS Khazana, Mobilink brings another exciting offer for its valued customers “Jazz SMS Khazana 4” which promises lots of cash prizes for Mobilink customers! The contest is based on answering trivia questions to gather points and enter a lucky draw to win high value cash prizes. The higher the points the customer gets, the closer he/she gets to winning a prize. Service Mechanics & Process flow: Step 1: The participant will send “JK” to 5555 to enter the contest. The users can send in any other key words or blank message to 5555. It will be accepted as well. Step 2: The participant will receive a Ringtone along with a welcome SMS (ringtone will be sent within 24 hours) Step 3: The quiz mechanism consists of multiple choice questions where participants should answer in order to gather points and increase their possibilities to become a winner. All points will be accumulated during the campaign for the final draw/grand prize. - Every correct answer awards 20 points for the prizes
- Every incorrect answer awards 10 points
- Every invalid answer gives 5 points
- Various bonus mechanisms give the chance to the participant to win more points
The participant will have to choose from option 1 or 2 to reply to a question. Step 4: The participant will send the answer he/she believes is the correct in order to gain points. Once answered, user is notified if the answer was correct or incorrect. In case the user does not respond with option 1 or 2 or sends any other text/number, he /she will get an invalid reply message Points Collection Criteria: The user will get points every time he/she sends an SMS to 5555. Service Charges: Service charges are Rs 8+tax per SMS. Service Eligibility Criteria & Rules - Daily draw: All participants who have sent at least 1 SMS on a specific day enter that day’s draw with all the collected points gathered from the beginning of the campaign until the time of the draw.
- Monthly draw: All participants who have sent at least 1 SMS during the specific month enter that Month’s draw with all the collected points gathered from the beginning of the campaign until the time of the draw.
- Grand Prize draw: All participants who have participated in the campaign are eligible to enter the draw for the grand prize with all their accumulated points. This includes the winning participants of daily/monthly draws as well.
- The users will have lucky draw entries based on their points, which means if a user has 100 points he will have 100 entries in the lucky draw.
- The due lucky draw of that particular day will be held at 11:59 PM. The names of the winners will be published on Mobilink World Website after every 3rd working day.
- One particular user cannot win two similar cash prizes during the campaign. For example, same customer cannot win daily prize twice. However these winners will be eligible for the other draws i.e., daily winners will be eligible for monthly draws & the Grand Prize draw ,similarly monthly winners will be eligible for daily draws & the Grand Prize draw. Users who have won neither daily nor monthly prizes shall also be eligible for the Grand Prize draw.
Bonus Points Criteria & Process Flow START BONUS - In this bonus phase, every correct answer gives points bonus which keep increasing till the end of the time frame meaning until end of day (eg: 50, 100, 150,... or 100,200,300,… etc)
- The bonus points keep increasing, whether the answers are correct or not.
TURBO 30 minutes For each correct answer, the participant gets a predefined amount of points. For wrong/invalid, the participant gets 10 points. The duration of this phase is limited to 30 minutes. Participants are informed about the time left at every MT SMS they receive back. In that way, they always know the time left. Note that the time counting starts after the answer of the 1st question from the user. 300 Points Every 2nd Question The 300 points every 2ND question game offers a certain amount of points to a participant, if he answers correctly to every 2nd (SECOND) question. For example, every second question with a correct answer is awarded with 300 points. No matter if the answer to the first question is correct or wrong, if the answer to the second question is correct, the participant gets the 300 bonus points. If the answer to the second question is wrong, the participant gets the points for the wrong answer (meaning only 10 points). Example: - 1st answer = correct = 20 points
- 2nd answer = wrong/invalid = 10 points
- 3rd answer = wrong/invalid = 10 points
- 4th answer = correct = 300 points
- And so on…
Golden Question In this bonus phase, the participant gets bonus points (250 points) for every second correct answer that he gives. The bonus points keep increasing for the specific amount of points, 250, 500, 750 points and so on. Wrong answers award 10 points. 2-5-7 or 3-5-10 In this phase extra points are awarded to participants who give the correct answer to sets of 3, 5 or 10 questions. For e.g. if they give the correct answer to 3 questions, they will get 300 points. After that, for the next 5 correct answers, they will get 5,000 points, and for the next 10 correct answers, they will get 10,000 points. After that and until end of day, every 10 correct answers keep awarding the user with 10,000 points. In between the big bonus questions, the participant gets 20 points for his/her correct answers and 10 points for invalid ones. The same applies for the 2-5-7 game. The only difference is the number of correct answers the user needs in order to get the bonus points. Arcade The Arcade Game allows users to interact with a football player (the team’s captain) using text proposed commands related to basic actions, such as: - Kick-Start the Game
- Passing the ball to a teammate
- Performing tricks (e.g. “Tackle” for stealing the ball from the opponent)
- Shoot the ball (“Right” or “Left”)
Lucky Number A fun and engaging game where the user is invited to choose between a selection of numbers (eg:1-5) and send the number of choice back. If the number sent by the user is the same with the preset by the system “Lucky Number”, then points are awarded. Fun Facts Game This game includes a set of 3 “fun facts” questions (which usually require a True or False answer) that are related to famous extraordinary facts. For example: Question An Ostrich’s brain is smaller than its eye! 1=True, 2=False. Send 1 or 2 to 5555!! Stairs The Stairs activity is a simple concept designed for all users, prompting them with special replies to send more messages in order to participate in a story. This game asks players to send different input messages each time, which if considered together, can form a story or a meaningful phrase, such as “You can win”. Every time an input message is sent, users go up one step in the “stairs”. In case a participant wants to opt-out from the campaign, he/she can: - Call 111 and ask to be removed from the promotion.
- Send STOP to short code 5555 (STOP should be accepted in any upper/lower case e.g. sTOP, stop,Stop,StoP)
The participant will not receive any promotional SMS, but in case if he sends any SMS to 5555 again, he will be receiving replies. - Daily prizes will be delivered within 15 working days, weekly within 20 working days & grand prize within 1 month of the lucky draw. (Note: Due to operational process the above mentioned prize delivery time may take longer)
- One particular user can not win two similar cash prizes during the campaign. For example, same customer cannot win daily or weekly prize twice. However the customer will be eligible for Grand Prize lucky draw of PKR 3,000,000 at the end of the campaign with all accumulated points.
- All applicable Govt taxes will be deducted from the prize money before handing over the prize amount to the winner.
- The SIM should be registered in the name of the prize claimer.
- Indigo users can also participate in the campaign.
- In case of post paid connection, until & unless all the dues are cleared, prize money will not be handed over to the winner.
- Mobilink's decision will be deemed final in case of any dispute
- Mobilink Employees, their immediate family members & first blood relatives, Mobilink Franchise & dealers are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
- The website will be updated every 3 days with the names of lucky winners for SMS Khazana. Keep visiting for updates
- The winners will be contacted by designated Mobilink CC representatives and will be asked to submit the copy of their CNIC at nearest Mobilink CC center for winning amount cheque preparation. Once cheque is prepared, the winner will be contacted again and will be asked to visit the designated Mobilink Customer Care center to collect his/her cheque. The winner will have to sign Mobilink Prize acceptance form in order to receive the cheque of winning amount.
