1. | How do I get registered to the service? |
| | - Subscribers can create their profiles on Jazz Talk by giving your age, gender and preferred partner gender. Dial 656 and choose the option of profile creating.
- Fun Profile Builder :
- Subscribers will be given a Fun Persona through various existing profiles. They can select a persona which describes their personality the best.
- The personas will vary from a talkative girl to a shy girl or a party animal to a book worm.

2. | Can I Browse Profiles? |
| | - After creating profile they can browse through other user’s profiles.
- While browsing profiles if a subscriber likes someone he/she can initiate any of the following actions :
- Can Talk to them
- Can send them a voice messages
- Can dedicate a song to them
- Add them to friend’s list

3. | What is Friends’ Corner? |
| | A. Friend’s List : This is favorite profile’s list, where subscribers can store the selected profiles of user’s choice and can directly access them whenever they come to Jazz talk. B. Fan’s List : Here they can listen to the profiles of the users who have added them to their friend’s list. |
4. | What is Direct Talk? |
| | If a subscriber has spoken to a friend once, he/she can directly call him/her back by keying in his/her unique chat ID (Chat ID will be sent to them via SMS, when they connect with a friend for the first time) |
5. | Can I also dedicate a Song (DAS): |
| | Subscribers can also select a song from a list presented to them to dedicate to friends. - Personalized messages can also be added with dedicated songs
- Recipient can store these songs in their Jazz Talk voice message Inbox

6. | How do I block the other users? |
| | Subscribers can permanently block users by keying in the chat ID. In Jazztalk main menu you can block someone by choosing option 5 and following the directions |
7. | Are there any other options available? |
| | You can choose from the following actions to manage your profile settings: - Edit Profile Persona
- Change Gender
- Change Age
- Log - off: Temporarily stop receiving calls
- Change Language options
- Terms and Conditions
- Unsubscribe

8. | How the subscriber will be updated? |
| | - Once a call is established, subscribers will receive the Chat ID of the other user in an SMS.
- They will receive your voice inbox and fan’s list update in SMS.
- Subscribers will receive chat ID of the users who match your preferred partner criteria in an SMS.

9. | How can I get this service? |
| | User can subscribe to this service by dialing 656 and following the directions or by sending “sub” in SMS to 656. |
10. | How can I unsubscribe this service? |
| | User can unsubscribe this service by dialing 656 and in option 5 of setting choosing option 7 to unsubscribe or by sending “unsub” in SMS to 656. |
