- All payments will be made upfront
- Number of SMS broadcasted in one day will be at Mobilink’s discretion and will be communicated to the customer accordingly
- SMS up to 5 million will have to be consumed within 90 days, whereas SMS beyond 5 million will have to consumed within 180 days from the point of payment
- Mobilink reserves the right to select the broadcast content
- The length of the broadcast message should not exceed 160 characters
- The company contact information must be included in the SMS
- Subscribers will be given the option to opt out of receiving broadcast messages
- The service is limited for broadcasting SMS to Mobilink customers only
